Eustacia Reads shared a little introduction to matcha. It’s short, sweet, and to the point. This is a new blog combining my love for tea and books that I recently discovered. I love that she provides references!
There’s a little bit of tea snob in all of us. Marcella at The Tea and Hat Lady came clean this week and listed all of the ways that she is persnickety about her tea. Totally relatable! I feel her pain when it comes to tea in restaurants.
Pu Erh Storage: Basic Principles
MyTeaJourney is another new blog I discovered this week. This week they laid out some of the basic principles of puerh storage. This is a topic many western tea drinkers struggle with so I am always interested to see what others have to say.
Toronto Tea Festival 2019 Recap and Thoughts
I was hoping to make it to the Toronto Tea Festival but unfortunately, it didn’t happen. The good news is that I can live vicariously through the recap from Lu Ann at The Cup of Life. I would be so nervous to compete in the Steep Off competition.
Geoff over at Steep Stories has a real knack for finding tea with a story. This week he shared his experience with teas sourced from an abandoned temple on Meng Ding Mountain. It definitely sounds like his source, Enthea, is worth the visit.
Thanks so much for linking to my post! I love being able to dig deep into something (or find a new book to read) when I read something new, so I try to provide references whenever I can so others can do the same.
You’re welcome! 🙂
