SeredipitTea’s offerings are always unique and they often combine flavors that I never would have put together otherwise. Somehow it always seems to work. Raisins, peppermint, anise, and rooibos? This blend is definitely one of those. It was herbaceous, sweet, earthy and spicy all at the same time. The peppermint provided a cooling aftertaste that was very refreshing. Even with a stuffy nose, I was able to taste all of the different elements. The mouth-feel was smooth and there was no bitterness. This herbal tea doesn’t need any sweeteners thanks to the raisins and licorice. Caffeine isn’t an issue for me but this would make a perfect late-night sip for those who have to stick to herbals before bed. There’s not folly that I could see in this well-balanced blend.
