3 easy ways to incorporate tea into your homemade sushi!
I’ve always wanted to try making my own sushi. This week Nazanine from Tea Thoughts shared some creative ways to incorporate tea into homemade rolls. Her idea of infusing the rice with tea is so fun! I’ve also never thought of adding hot tea to soy sauce
Book: The Stonewares of Yixing
I often get recommendations from Tea Stacks. AJ recently reviewed a book that has been on my Amazon wishlist for a while. What is better than an oversized coffee table book with pictures of yixing teapots? This definitely sounds like a good reference if you can get your hands on it.
It is always interesting to see what hobbies my tea friends do outside of tea. Marilyn at Delights of the Heart has been making the most charming watercolor paintings on used tea bags. I could imagine them making a perfect tea room decoration.
100 Years of (some) Women’s Suffrage, Tea and More to Do
Steph from Steph’s Cup of Tea wrote about the 100th anniversary of the 19th amendment and its relation to tea. I loved the statue of Susan B. Anthony having tea with Frederic Douglas that she shared at the end. I had never seen that one before.

Did you know that the vessel we drink out of can change the way that we taste tea? Jill from It’s More Than Tea did some digging into this topic and then did her own comparison tasting. It is a fascinating subject that I think should definitely be discussed more often.
