After drinking all of those spicy Christmas blends last month I thought I would take a break and go with something fruity and this tea was exactly that. It was incredibly sweet, fruity and somewhat floral without being overdone. I’m not one for sweetening my tea so I love when a blend is naturally on its own. Papaya was probably the dominant flavor but I could taste all of the individual ingredients as well. There was a slight astringency that can be attributed to the inherent tartness of the fruit. Although I really enjoyed it, this would be a perfect summer tea. I’ll definitely have to stock up on some once the weather finally warms up.
