I am generally not a big fan of hibiscus so I wasn't sure if I would enjoy this particular blend. Thankful it was much more enjoyable than most other hibiscus teas that I have tried. I cold infused it for this review but you could also easily prepare it with hot water and then chilling it. The color was a fabulous shade of pinkish red that looked more like a cocktail than iced tea. It was refreshing, sweet and well balanced. On a really hot day, I must have drank at least half of the pitcher. I was thankful for the inclusion of the stevia leaves because they helped to cut the tartness that hibiscus usually adds. It did become a tiny bit bitter after a few days in the fridge but it wasn't offensive at all. These iced tea pouches are great because I don't have to worry about straining leaves or doing any extra cleaning.

You can find out more about this tea here.
