Art of Tea Passionfruit Jasmine 2QT Iced Tea Pouches

Country of Origin: not listed Leaf Appearance: small, dark Ingredients:Organic Black Tea, Organic Green Tea, Organic Jasmine Flowers, Natural Flavors Steep time: 8 hours Water Temperature: cold Preparation Method: Takeya Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker Liquor: amber These iced tea pouches from +Art of Tea were indispensable over the summer and I find myself still enjoying them well into fall. Now I’m a bit sad because this is my very last one. Being a bit lazy, cold infusing is always the way to go for me and it couldn’t be easier with my Takeya Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker. On my first try I accidentally left the tea pouch in the fridge for close to…

Steep time: 8 hours Water Temperature: cold Preparation Method: Takeya Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker Liquor: pale amber This tea’s ingredient list was all over the map so I wasn’t sure what it would taste like at all. Cinnamon in an iced tea struck me as a bit odd but I always try to keep an open mind when it comes to tasting tea. It was earthy and somewhat fruity with a slightly…

Art of Tea Hibiscus Cooler 2QT Iced Tea Pouches

Country of Origin: not listed Leaf Appearance: Ingredients: Organic Hibiscus, Organic Guayusa, Organic Lemongrass, Organic Stevia Leaves, Natural Flavors Steep time: 8 hours Water Temperature: cold Preparation Method: Takeya Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker Liquor: deep pinkish red I am generally not a big fan of hibiscus so I wasn’t sure if I would enjoy this particular blend. Thankful it was much more enjoyable than most other hibiscus teas that I have tried. I cold infused it for this review but you could also easily prepare it with hot water and then chilling it. The color was a fabulous shade of pinkish red that looked more like a cocktail than iced tea. It was…

Art of Tea Summer Peach 2QT Iced Tea Pouches

Country of Origin: not listed Leaf Appearance: small, dark Ingredients: Organic black tea, organic marigolds, natural flavors Steep time: 4 minutes Water Temperature: 212 degrees Preparation Method: Takeya Flash Chill Iced Tea Maker Liquor: reddish brown Out of all of the +Art of Tea ice tea pouches that I have been reviewing lately, this is probably the one that I had been looking forward to the most. What could be more summery than a tall glass of peach iced tea on a hot day? I’ve been cold brewing most of these but figured that I could go with traditional hot steeping for this one. The black tea base was bright and crisp with just the right…

    Art of Tea Blooming Bliss

Country of Origin: China Leaf Appearance: sage green with white tips Ingredients: Silver Tipped Green Tea, Amaranth Flowers, Natural Flavors Steep time: 5 minutes Water Temperature: 180 degrees Preparation Method: glass teapot Liquor: very pale This blooming tea was a bit less showy than others that I’ve tried but I did not mind that one bit. I secretly hate the ones that shoot of tons of tiny flower bits. Amaranth flowers are pretty standard issue for this type of tea. They added a pretty punch of color to what might otherwise be a plain bouquet of leaves. The ball unfurled fairly quickly but I suggest steeping it for the full five minutes. You’ll definitely…
