The Friday Roundup is a weekly collection of five of my favorite blog posts from around the world. It’s my little way of getting the word out about all of my favorite tea blogs. Is there someone I’m missing? Let me know about it in the comments below!
Stephane from Tea Masters Blog gave some great insights into how to choose a tea for aging. I loved that he included outside of the box options like green and yellow teas. I’ve never tried an aged Oriental Beauty but his description makes me want to!
One of my favorite things about tea is getting to learn about different cultures. Nazanine from Tea Thoughts shared some of her Persian tea traditions with us this week. I’ve never heard of rock candy with saffron inside of it but it sounds a perfect accompaniment to Ceylon.
Camellia Sinensis’ Summer Session 08/2020 (Part 1) | Tea Event & Review
Camellia Sinensis moved their annual summer tea school online for 2020. Connie from Tea in Spoons wrote about her experience with this virtual session. It sounds like a great experience. In this post, she reviewed the first two teas. Make sure to stay tuned for parts 2 and 3 for the rest!
Hojicha Classic | Hojicha Co Review
Danielle from Tea & Me reviewed a classic hojicha. As fall weather starts creeping in, I find myself reaching for roasty teas like this more. It definitely makes you want to cuddle up on the front porch with blankets. I love the dragonware teacup that she used in this post.
How to Host: Southern Afternoon Tea
There’s something special about Southern hospitality. Angela from Destination Tea posted a guide to hosting a Southern-inspired afternoon tea. It would be so fun to do this with some friends once life gets back to normal again. Sweet tea and peach preserves sound divine.
Thank you for including my post! Great list, as always!
