    Infuze Tea White Peony

    Country of Origin: China Leaf Appearance: mixed greens and browns, mostly larger leaves Ingredients: white tea Steep time: 3 minutes Water Temperature: 190 degrees Preparation Method: ceramic teacup and infuser Liquor: pale gold The taste of this tea was mellow with floral notes and just a touch of fruitiness. In addition to brewing it in a teacup I also brewed it “grandpa style” in my glass tumbler. Infuze Tea compared it to an oolong but I really did not see that aspect of it.     Infuze Tea Pouchong Formosa

    Country of Origin: Taiwan Leaf Appearance: dark, somewhat twisted Ingredients: oolong tea Steep time: 30 seconds Water Temperature: 190 degrees Preparation Method: porcelain gaiwan Liquor: deep gold Formosa means beautiful island and it is the name that was given to Taiwan by the Portuguese. Although this name is no longer used to describe the country it is often given to its teas, particularly pouchong. The leaves of this one were dark in appearance but became quite green after steeping.  Floral, sweet and just slightly vegetal; this tea was everything that I would expect from a pouchong.     Infuze Tea Personalized Tumbler

    I have more gizmos and gadgets for making tea on the go than any one person should own. That being said, one thing I always wanted and never managed to get was a double walled glass tumbler. Several cute designs are offered by +Infuze Tea & Teaware but I thought that the personalized option was really unique. Who wouldn’t love their initial in a pretty script font? That feature alone makes it a great gift. The lid fit very tightly and did not leak at all, even when I haphazardly tossed it in my purse.
