My Top 10 Blog Posts of 2015

Last week I shared a list of My Top 10 Most Popular Tea Reviews of 2015. I’ve got to admit that it made me smile to see that the majority of my top posts weren’t tea reviews at all. A lot of time and energy goes into everything that I do here. I don’t know everything that there is to know about tea but I do my best to share what I can with my readers. It’s nice to know that these posts actually do get noticed, especially when it comes to search engine traffic.I always hope that I’m able to steer some wayward tea-searching souls in the right direction. Why Tea Education…

My Top 10 Most Popular Tea Reviews of 2015

I was doing a bit of poking around my Google Analytics and thought it might be interesting to see what the most popular tea reviews are. Since +Tea for Me Please has been around for eight years, I narrowed the results down just to the most visited pages in 2015. During that time the blog was visited by an incredible 32,941 unique visitors from 159 different countries. Much to my chagrin, the top tea review is for Lipton Yellow Label of all things. I guess I shouldn’t be all that surprised but I was hope for something a bit more highbrow than that. πŸ™‚ Lipton Yellow Label Black Tea David’s Teas Organic Detox Encha Ceremonial-Grade…

    A Year In Tea: 2013

2013 has been a crazy whirlwind of a tea filled year for me. My New Year’s resolution was to post twice daily, Monday through Friday. With the exception of a few days in January I accomplished that goal. It was challenging and stressful at times but also a ton of fun. I launched my podcast, published an article in TeaMuse and attended the grand opening of Teavana’s new tea bar. October was the five year anniversary of the launch of this blog. Time flies when you are having fun! It’s been a very social tea year as well since I’ve started holding monthly video meetings with my friends and attending monthly Steepster meetups. Thank…

Four Years of Tea and Fun

Tea for Me Please came into being exactly four years ago today! My first post was made pretty early in my love affair with tea. I had just purchased my first yixing (which is still my favorite) and I was a staff tea reviewer for Teaviews.com. To date I’ve written just over 500 posts. That’s a lot of tea! My palate and tastes have definitely evolved since then. I was very into flowering and flavored teas. I suppose those are gateway drugs for many of us. Aside from all of the amazing tea that I have tried over the years, the most important thing about this blog has always been the people. Whether…

    Tea Blogger’s Choice Awards 2012

You may recall from my “Favorite Tea” post that the Association of Tea Bloggers would be presenting the 1st Annual Tea Blogger’s Choice Awards. The results are finally in! I believe that this award is really special because it was voted for democratically by the tea blogger community. My very talented boyfriend designed and donated the logo for the award. Did your favorite teas make the cut? Not all of mine did but I’ve certainly discovered a few that are on my wish list. In addition to this award, the ATB will be selecting “Best of Show” exhibitors at the upcoming Coffee and Tea Festival Atlantic City. It’s going to be a great event…
