The Friday Roundup is a weekly collection of five of my favorite blog posts from around the world. It’s my little way of getting the word out about all of my favorite tea blogs. Is there someone I’m missing? Let me know about it in the comments below!
Oaks Muscatel Dew Second Flush
Northern Teaist’s review of this second flush Darjeeling has me craving some. It’s been far too long since I’ve had some! Oaks tea estate is not one that I’ve heard a lot about. This definitely sounds like the perfect tea to enjoy on a cold autumn evening.
The Adagio Teas Advent Calendar
It’s Advent calendar season again! Angela at Tea with Friends brings us her feedback on the loose-leaf calendar offering from Adagio Teas. I don’t think I could have resisted trying a few of the blends ahead of time. 2020 is a year where we all deserve to treat ourselves, and this is a great option.
August 2020 White2tea Club feat. Lapsang Souchong Collection
Char from Oolong Owl wrote about her experience with the White2Tea Club’s infamous Lapsang Souchong Collection. As a recent subscriber, this is one that I was really looking forward to. Fruit Bomb was one of my favorites so I was glad to see that she really enjoyed that one too.
Five Earl Grey Teas to Keep You Cozy
If you love Earl Grey, you’ve got to check out this post from Jackie at By Golly, Ollie! We tend to think of this tea as being made only with black tea, but she found a white tea rendition. I must confess to not being a fan of bergamot. I might be willing to give that a try.
Teaware: Tea Steamer vs Gaiwan
Eustacia from Eustea Reads wrote about an interesting piece of teaware that I had never heard before. I love that she tried different teas and compared each of them to brewing the same tea in a gaiwan. It was so interesting that the score between them wound up even.
