The Friday Roundup is a weekly collection of five of my favorite blog posts from around the world. It’s my little way of getting the word out about all of my favorite tea blogs. Is there someone I’m missing? Let me know about it in the comments below!
Ultimate Starbucks Tea Guide: Iced Tea, Hot Tea, Tea Latte, Frappuccino, & Bottled Tea
Jee from Oh, How Civilized put together the ultimate guide to ordering tea at Starbucks. The options there aren’t always ideal but they’ll do in a pinch when you need your tea fix on the go. I must admit to enjoying a green tea frappe on really hot days.
Spring Cleaning a Puerh Collection
Spring is just around the corner. Cwyn’s Death By Tea wrote a post that gives some great ideas for organizing and cleaning out your stash. I recently shared some tea with a friend but there’s still a lot of work to do to get ready for the 2021 harvest that will be coming.
Tea Review: White Peony Cake (Serene Tea)
Heather from Hanamichi reviewed an aged Bai Mu Dan cake that sounds positively lovely. It can be so interesting to see how these teas change over time. Her tasting notes of sweet pea flowers and buttermints have me really wanting to give it a try.
Mouth Numbingly Delicious: 2006 Wistaria Tai He Maocha
I’ve heard about Wistaria tea house for as long as I can remember but have not had a chance to try their teas. Matt from MattCha’s blog reviewed a 2016 maocha that sounds like a must try. Mouth numbingly delicious just might be the best tea description ever.
Tea Rebel shared their experience tasting three different oolongs from Fools Rush In, a tea house in Hong Kong. I was excited to see Huang Guan Yin among them. It is one of my favorite Wuyi varieties but I don’t see it available for sale very often.
