Don’t let this tea’s name turn you off. Oolong Owl reviewed an intriguing and delicious sounding compressed dancong from White2Tea. I’m a sucker for good huigan and her review really temped me to order a sample.

Steep. Sip. Repeat. is a brand new blog that is off to a great start. This week Antonia gives her review of a tencha green tea, the raw material that is ground to make matcha. It is rarely drunk on its own in Japan but they are very enjoyable.
