The Phoenix Collection: Tea with David Lee Hoffman

Last week’s roundup featured a post from The Tea Squirrel that reported her experience tasting tea with David Lee Hoffman. Now you’ve all got to read this perspective from Mike at The Tea Letter! I loved getting to see some of the tea museum.

Zealong – Oolong from New Zealand!

Cody at The Oolong Drunk did a tasting with a wonderful tea that I have not had in years. Zealong is some seriously good stuff and his post made me want to hunt some down. It’s definitely amazing that they manage to make a tea that is so close to a high mountain oolong from Taiwan.

2018 TRIP: Kyoto Obubu Tea Farms’ Tea Tour Recap

Connie at Tea in Spoons is adventuring in Japan and this week we get the first taste of her experiences. I can’t imagine the excitement she must have felt traveling the winding road to the fields and picking her own tea leaves.

White2Tea’s 200X Wuliang

There are few things I love more than discovering new tea blogs. The more the merrier! I recently discovered a blog called The Mellified Cup and I’ve very much been enjoying their posts. Check out this short and sweet review of a funky aged sheng.

Toronto Tea Festival Highlights

Mel over at Mel Had Tea shared a beautifully photographed collection of highlights from the Toronto Tea Festival. I’m so glad that she mentioned the food because I just had a conversation with a friend about how much good eats there are in Toronto.
