Varat at The Guide to Puerh Tea waxed a bit philosophical about tea appreciation. It’s important that we be aware of personal biases and other factors that could affect our tea tasting experience.

    I still have to dip into my sample of the "white tea" puerh. Something to note: According to the product notes, it was wet-piled

    Jelly! It was wet-piled but not nearly as long as shou would be. It's a bit of a fuzzy grey area. I know you love those kinds of teas 🙂
