Friday Round Up: April 26th – May 2nd

Interview: Glen Bowers of Crimson Lotus Tea
Sara at Tea Happiness has been doing a great series of interviews. In the latest entry, she interviews Glen of Crimson Lotus Tea, one of my go-to’s for puerh.

Malawi Bvumbwe Handmade Treasure Black Tea: What-Cha
Rona McIntyre of Tea with Polly had an eventful day. She bought the cutest air plant ever (I need one!) and indulged in an awesome Malwai black tea from What-Cha. I love the face that she made with the leaves.

It was sponsored by a vendor but the results do seem pretty accurate based on all of the bloggers whose writeups that I’ve read.

Book Review: Steeped: Recipes Infused with Tea By Annelies Zijderveld
Lu Ann at The Cup of Life wrote a fantastic review of Steeped, a tea infused cookbook. My copy is waiting for me to get into the kitchen and I can’t wait to tell you all about it. Until then, I’ll live vicariously through her excellent descriptions.

A Tale of a Nepalese Tea Estate
Geoffrey Norman accidentally wrote a rather timely post this week. Nepal is on the minds of many tea drinkers as this region struggles to recover from a series of terrible earthquakes. I’m drinking the Himalayan  Evergreen that he wrote about I am finish up this post.
