Tea By Me – a talk with Anne, the tea maker of award-winning Dutch teas
Tea Chronicles shared a fascinating interview with Tea By Me, a Dutch company that specializes in home grown tea. Anne taught herself how to make tea since she couldn’t travel to China or other producing countries. They have even developed their own cultivar, perfectly suited to the cool climate.
Earl Grey Poached Pears with Hazelnut Granola
I have a pretty strong dislike for earl grey tea but oddly enough I love food that is infused with it. Sara from Beginning with Bergamot posted a delicious (and beautifully photographed) recipe that I will definitely have to try. I love that she included decadent whipped cream and a complimentary granola.
Lord Devotea put out a call on his blog this week for tea lovers to submit short videos of them drinking tea and explaining in one sentence why that cup is special. Tea is something that brings us all together and a project like this is a great example of that. I’m super excited to film my contribution.
The Tea Happiness 2018 Holiday Gift Guide
Sara from Tea Happiness released her annual holiday gift guide. She organized all of her gifting ideas by who they are for, making it super easy to please both beginners and advanced connoisseurs. All of the products featured were beautifully captured in her always stunning photography.
11 Great Gift Ideas for People Who Love Tea
Lu Ann from The Cup of Life also shared a list of tea gifting ideas this week. There are lots of unique ideas including a seriously drool worthy kettle and an adorable card game. Funnily enough, she chose the same stunning jewelry as Sara from Tea Happiness. The Cats, Books & Tea shirt is definitely going on my wish list. I’m terribly allergic but love them just the same.
