This tea’s ingredient list was all over the map so I wasn’t sure what it would taste like at all. Cinnamon in an iced tea struck me as a bit odd but I always try to keep an open mind when it comes to tasting tea. It was earthy and somewhat fruity with a slightly spicy aftertaste. The cinnamon actually proved to be a really tasty addition. What have I been missing out on by not icing my cinnamon flavored teas? This blend was really refreshing and I’m impressed at the way that everything came together. It sweet enough that there is no need for any additives. You all know that I’m not one for health benefits but Art of Tea’s website explains that the ingredients in this blend are adaptogen herbs that are designed to increase stamina. While it wouldn’t be my sole reason for drinking this tea, I love when something that tastes good is also good for you.
