+The Devotea's white tea collection has impressed me so far. I previously reviewed and very much enjoyed their White Nights. This particular blend was sweet and smooth with just a bit of spicy kick from the ginger. The white tea base was still able to stand out on its own. It contributed a somewhat floral and biscuity quality while the lemongrass made for a refreshing finish. I have to confess that I'm usually not a fan of ginger but it worked well here. No sugar is necessary at all and I think it would all but cover up some of the flavor. The product description for this tea recommends using this tea to make a cocktail base and I could definitely see that working well. Although I enjoyed this one a lot, my favorite selection from the The Devotea is definitely still Lord Petersham :)
