This tea was full bodied and brisk without being overly bitter. There were notes of chocolate and chestnuts that became more pronounced as the tea cooled. It had just the right amount of astringency to get the taste buds going. There was a subtle sweetness at the finish of each sip. This would make a perfect breakfast tea. I would definitely recommend this tea.
