It’s a little long but I found this video incredibly interesting. There are a lot of parallels between the worlds of tea and wine. Unfortunately I now find myself craving some of those teas, especially the gyokuro that Gary so unceremoniously demolished :)

It’s been brutally hot here in NJ so I’ve had a bit of a tea dry spell. Tonight was the first night in a week that I could actually make tea. My ancient apartment cannot handle the Breville and the air conditioner at the same time. C'est la vie.
